Research Interests

Synthesis, characterization and modification of semiconductor nanostructures, Nanostructured thin films, Growth and modification of high K oxides, Applications of metal and semiconductor nanocrystals.

Brief Research Profile

Our group mainly focus on engineering the structural, optical and electrical properties of semiconductor and metal nanocrystals for various applications. We also work on growth and optimization of high k oxides & Ion beam irradiation effects on nanostructured materials.
